  1. Eastern Beach: Eastern Beach is one of Gibraltar's most popular beaches. It's located on the eastern side of the territory and offers a wide stretch of sandy shoreline along the Mediterranean Sea. This beach is known for its calm and clear waters, making it suitable for swimming and water sports. Eastern Beach also has amenities like restaurants, bars, and lifeguard services.

  2. Catalan Bay: Catalan Bay is a picturesque, traditional fishing village on the eastern side of Gibraltar, and it has its own small sandy beach. The bay is known for its colorful houses, seafood restaurants, and tranquil atmosphere. The beach is relatively small but provides a charming spot to relax and enjoy the view of the sea.

  3. Western Beach: Western Beach is situated on the western side of Gibraltar, offering a different perspective of the Rock. It's a sandy beach with calm waters, making it suitable for swimming and sunbathing. Western Beach is known for its close proximity to the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club, and you can often see sailboats and yachts in the area.

  4. Little Bay: Located between Catalan Bay and Sandy Bay, Little Bay is a small, secluded cove with a pebble beach. It's a quieter spot compared to some of the larger beaches in Gibraltar, making it a peaceful place for swimming and snorkeling.

  5. Sandy Bay: Sandy Bay is a sandy beach located on the eastern side of Gibraltar, near Catalan Bay. It's known for its fine golden sand and offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Sandy Bay is popular for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.

  6. Camp Bay: Camp Bay is a rocky beach with a swimming pool complex nearby. While it may not have the sandy shoreline of other beaches, it's a favorite spot for locals who enjoy swimming in the pool and the sea. The beach also has a playground and picnic areas.

  7. Rosia Bay: Rosia Bay is located on the southwestern side of Gibraltar and is known for its historical significance. It's where Admiral Lord Nelson's body was brought ashore after the Battle of Trafalgar. While it's not primarily a swimming beach, it's an interesting spot to visit due to its historical associations and scenic views.

Please note that Gibraltar's beaches are relatively small and may become crowded during peak tourist seasons. However, they offer opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the Mediterranean climate and views. Additionally, the waters around Gibraltar are often clear and ideal for snorkeling and other water activities.
